Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, although clean and spacious, was a bit overpriced for facing the noisy main road. The location was superb, right across from the main square, but the dining options were a bit hit or miss.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was superb, right in the heart of Brasov near the city square and Black Church, offering easy access to the historical center. However, the room I booked, marketed as a superior deluxe room, was overpriced for what it offered, especially being noisy due to facing the main road. The service, on the other hand, was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to assist us, notably Mariana who provided valuable insights and aided with our travel arrangements. The dining experience presented a varied and plentiful selection of food, although there were occasional shortages of items. Overall, the hotel had its charms but fell short in terms of room value for the price paid.
I found the hotel to be a cozy place with nicely decorated rooms, although my superior deluxe room facing the main road was quite noisy at night. The service was kind and helpful, especially Mariana who assisted us with excellent English. The location was superb, right across from the square, making it very convenient to explore the city. However, the dining experience was a letdown with poor quality and not so nice service.
